Going Natural with Trader Joe's

So after I watched a recent Oprah show about the Food Inc. documentary, I decided that my family needed a change.  I have wanted to have a healthier diet but it seems to take so much more time and energy that I give up after a couple of weeks.  Then I ran into this cookbook called “The Trader Joe’s Companion” written by Deana Gunn & Wona Miniati.  They use ingredients found in Trader Joe’s stores to make healthier easy to make food.  After watching Julia and Julia I’m inspired to cook my way through this cookbook and document my journey into a healthier lifestyle.

I went from relaxed to natural three years ago and now I’m going from processed to a minimally processed/whole food diet for my health.

Hello world, I’m 20 something, verry happily married with no children.  Loving my life and hoping to change my diet for the better.
